Kids ages 8-11 will try out different styles of writing while exploring the natural world.
Join author and local parent Michelle Webster-Hein for another writing workshop this fall! Participants will plant “mystery seeds," combining strange findings from nature with a storytelling twist. This workshop will help budding writers find stories anywhere and learn how to get the words onto the page. Each participant will choose 1-2 pieces to add to a Writing Zine, to be published at the conclusion of the workshop.
Each week will build upon previous work. Please plan to attend each session.
We will be outside in the Reading Garden as long as weather allows, so be sure to pack a jacket.
