This parenting series will focus on a different topic and age group each quarter, with a goal to foster impactful connections with your child!
Holidays can be a difficult time for school-age kids. Routines and schedules are off, and excitement and anticipation skyrocket with the promise of special gatherings, sugary treats, and presents galore. Dr. Becky Thomson, PhD., will share ways your family can survive the wild ride of holiday busy-ness and keep the chants of "I want" and "Not fair!" in check to truly enjoy the season. This session will focus on elementary age kids and tweens, but parents of all ages are welcome to join in.
Join us each quarter this year to tackle a different topic and age group all about fostering connections with your child! Colleagues from Thriving Minds Family Services - Chelsea will lead these sessions, which will be recorded for access after the live program.

About the branch
The Chelsea District Library is a single branch library serving the City of Chelsea and surrounding townships. The library has 4 small study rooms, one medium meeting room, and the McKune room, our main programming room.
