Join us via Zoom to learn more about Michigan's new and improved voting rights following the approval of Proposal 2.
This presentation describes our new voting rights under Proposal 2 of 2022, which over 60% of voters approved. That proposal amended the Michigan state constitution to make our elections even more accessible and secure. Prop 2 provides many new and improved voting rights, including the right to vote in-person early in state and national elections, the right to become a permanent mail voter, and the right to an enhanced tracking system for absentee ballot applications and ballots. The presenter is Margaret Leary, presentation coordinator for the League of Women Voters of Washtenaw County.
