Join Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Sue Whitmarsh for four evenings of mindful meditation, available both online and in-person, and open to beginners as well as current practitioners. Each week, Sue will guide us in a meditation that centers on the breath, whilst also exploring a handful of other meditation techniques, encouraging you to weave this useful tool into your regular self-care practices.
The Chelsea District Library is a single branch library serving the City of Chelsea and surrounding townships. The library has 4 small study rooms, one medium meeting room, and the McKune room, our main programming room.
