Join the Chelsea District Library and the CAADY Quilters to create a beautiful, colorful community quilt. All ages and skill levels are welcome to join in the fun!
Register to attend one or more sessions for expert help creating a square to add to the community quilt. CAADY Quilter members and CDL staff will teach you how to create a disappearing 9 patch square using sewing machines in the Library's new makerspace, The Ingenuity Engine. Whether you're already an expert or a complete beginner, we want a square from you! Contact Matt Jensen (mjensen@chelseadistrictlibrary.org) or stop by during one of the quilting sessions to get the measurements and instructions for how to contribute a square.
Once completed, the community quilt will be on permanent display in the Chelsea District Library. Get cozy this winter while adding beauty and color to your library.
