Join us for a series of art workshops to beautify Chelsea! Make a pennant flag that will become part of banners strung in the downtown alleys.

This Make a Pennant event, led by retired CSD art teacher Penny Olsen, provides community members the opportunity to be part of beautifying our town. All ages are invited to create a flag with the theme of Hope, Healing, Helping and Renewal. The pennants will then be strung together as banners to hang in the downtown Chelsea alleyways. Drop-In attendees are welcome. All supplies are included. This workshop is offered on multiple dates. Please attend only one date.

The Chelsea District Library is a single branch library serving the City of Chelsea and surrounding townships. The library has 4 small study rooms, one medium meeting room, and the McKune room, our main programming room.
