This book club for kids ages 9-12 meets every other month for a book discussion and activities.

When their curmudgeonly landlord threatens to evict the family from their beloved brownstone in Harlem just two weeks before Christmas, the five Vanderbeeker siblings concoct a brilliant plan to save the day! Brimming with family, community, and humor, this first book in the series will have readers giggling and groaning with every move the Vanderbeeker kids make. At book club, we'll grab a snack, discuss the story, and do an activity related to the book. Register to get a free copy of the book (pick up at the 1st Floor Information Desk). Supplies are limited!
