Sue Whitmarsh, AHC/AYT500, is an Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She has been a practitioner of both for over 15 years, and is passionate about sharing these two beautiful complimentary healing arts, having experienced first hand the benefits to her own physical and mental health: “I believe that now is the time for access to alternative pathways to health.
