Help us collect needed supplies for the teens at Ozone House, in partnership with the CHS Interact Club.
Did you know...?
Ypsilanti's Ozone House provides a safe refuge for 800 teens in and around the Washtenaw County area?
They provide 20,805 hours of life skills training?
Their crisis line [Call or text "OZONE" to (734) 662-2222 24 hours a day] fields 2,160 calls every year?
Every year, the Chelsea District Library community helps these teens out, too, with our supply drive. Starting December 1st, bring hygiene, baby, and cleaning supplies (needs list here) at the library lobby, or at any of the local schools (Chelsea High School, Beach Middle School, South Meadows Elementary, North Creek Elementary,) or the Chelsea Senior Center. Teens from CHS' Interact Club will help Teen Librarian Stacey sort and deliver a bus full of supplies to Ozone House at the end of the month.
